Holiday Season

As we are approaching Christmas, I really need to get things together. I have a few items purchased, but by no means even close to being ready. Mostly because I have to wait for paydays, which is next week thankfully! Then I am hoping to be done by Saturday! Our main gift this year is a Wii. The kids will be so surprised! Gave out a treat to all my worker friends, they loved it (thanks Linda for the idea). Getting my card list ready to send out Christmas cards. So I guess I'm not as far behind as I think I am.

Wow, someone better update this. Hey, that's me. I have tons of things on my mind and would like to share, but don't always have the time. I have painted the girls room and am getting the walls "organized" with their pictures/posters. We are going to look at fabric and make curtains for their window. That's a start as I copy Linda and do my spring cleaning in the fall.

A Better Start

Since today is January 1, 2010...a typical day to start resolutions, I have a few in mind. Mainly, it's to get things back on track. Everyone talks about getting finances better, doing things differently, or just making changes to everyday life. I'm going to do a little of all. I told Ricky we will have a better life, and I'm going to do my best to get it done!!
